The establishments that have not yet registered in the system of the Ministry of Tourism (Cadastur) should hurry. With the compulsory registration of Cadastur, regulated by Decree Law 7,381, dated December 2, 2010, the establishment that is not registered will be subject to a warning, a fine, in addition to canceling the classification, interdiction and until closing of the premises. The Ministry of Tourism has signaled that it intends to strictly enforce the rule from now on. It is worth mentioning that the registration is mandatory for lodging facilities, tourism agencies, tourist carriers, event organizers, theme parks, tourist camps and tour guides. Pantanal Discovery
Registration is free and valid for two years. It allows participation in events, fairs and actions carried out by the Ministry of Tourism and Embratur. It also provides access to tourism-specific credit lines through official banks, as well as participation in qualification programs promoted and supported by Mtur.
